These are 24ft combine cars, with either a bullnose or duckbill roof, or an 1870's board and baton style body (duckbill roof only).
They are as short as I could make them and still look plausible (to me anyway). They require short trucks, 4ft or less wheelbase. I have tested them down to a 10" radius curve and they seem happy. Trimming the back of the steps might even get them around a tighter radius curve.
- Uses SJP.Tk06 or short wheelbase freight trucks
- Uses Kadee #148 style couplers and boxes
- Requires drilling and tapping for 2-56 screws (or equivalent).
