Shorty On30 Vanderbilt tender. There was no known prototype of this tender, but it generally follows SP and UP standard gauge tender designs. It is sized to work with the Bachmann On30 2-6-0 or locos about that size. It has provisions for installing DCC decoders and 15 x 11 mm sugar cube speaker(s) but will require some fabrication and wiring to install them. It will need additional parts to complete, like handrails and running boards.
The tender is available setup for Kadee 803 couplers at On3 coupler height or Kadee 148 couplers at Bachmann On30 (HO) height coupler. It is designed to use Bachmann On30 Vulcan trucks.
