It is made from the ash of plantain, palm tree leaves and barks. The ashes are roasted in a kettle while water, palm oil, coconut oil or palm kernel oil are added to the mixture and stirred. Plantain skins give the soap Vitamin A & E, and iron to add luster, elasticity and strength to your skin. The hydrating properties of Shea Butter bring balance to problem skin and natural Oats bring additional exfoliating benefits. The medicinal properties of this powerful combination of topical ingredients are numerous and your skin will thank you for using it.
